Adelaide – Katy, TX
As this year comes to an end, Camillo Properties already has its eyes set on 2021. With five new communities in the pipeline, our focus continues to be on the greater Houston area. With that said, we’re excited to announce that we’re expanding in one of our current communities, Adelaide.
Adelaide is located on the northeast side of Katy, just 45 minutes west of Houston. This highly desirable area is a breath of fresh air as it is calm, surrounded by nature, and separated from the busy city. This community is also family-friendly and is a part of Cy-Fair ISD, with excellent public schools just minutes away.
This new section of Adelaide will include over 90 new homes for rent, with one- and two-story options. They will range from 1,381 to 1,870 square feet and are priced between $1,470 and $1,680 a month. We are expecting availability beginning in January, with more move-ins expected in February.
